Also included in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
